CONTINUOUS UPDATING, INNOVATION, AND VERSATILITY TO PRODUCE BRASS FITTINGS AND CUSTOM COMPONENTS
The constant investments in efficient and versatile machinery, plants, and technologies, as well as the continuous professional updating of the staff, testify to Shree-Turned-Parts’ desire to present itself as a solid and at the same time versatile structure, always careful to the market’s evolution. With a production site capable of producing 13 million pieces per year having a large fleet of machines, we can meet the customers’ needs with punctuality and flexibility, providing a production of brass fittings, nuts, and even complex custom components that stands out for their accuracy and compliance with the agreed standards.
EXTRUSION DEPARTMENT
We have a two extrusion presses of different tonnage helps us make different shapes of different alloys for achieving a perfect mix. Two main advantages of this process over other manufacturing processes are its ability to create very complex cross-sections, and to work materials that are brittle, up to 110mm.
HOT FORGING DEPARTMENT
We have two automatic forging lines, with Italian presses & furnaces equipped with automatic sawing machines, and 5 friction screw presses for large production of forged parts between 20 grams and 3 kilograms.
NUTS AND INSERT DEPARTMENT
We have self-loading CNC machines designed to process nuts and caps up to 2.5 inches in large batches. Our machinery allows the production of hexagonal and octagonal nuts, flanged nuts, nuts with lead hole, inserts, ferrules, tangs, plugs, nipples and other details both to design and standard.
SCREW MACHINE DEPARTMENT
We have CAM operated screw machines, up to 6 tools operating on two axes, for the processing of high precision pieces, as well as screw machines for the processing, in large batches, of spindles and fittings, up to 38mm.
CNC DEPARTMENT
We are equipped with a fleet of single-spindle sliding head CNC lathes, up to diameter 38, multi spindles up to diameter 38 and single-spindle CNC lathes with 12 tool-turret for extreme precision machining up to diameter 100.
MACHINING CENTER DEPARTMENT
Our 4-axis CNC vertical machining centers allow us to perform not only drilling, milling and threading operations, but also very complex processes such as contours and eyelets.
